FAQs

  • Playology is designed for infants up through age six. Occasionally, we may offer classes suitable for children up to age 8. We pride ourselves on providing a space that appeals to a wide range of developmental stages and do not exclude children based on age. However, parents of older children should understand that the play structures were designed for children up to age six. Please prioritize the safety and well-being of younger children when allowing older children to play.

  • Pop-ins are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommended you book in advance to secure your preferred time slot.

  • You are responsible for your child at all times. Front desk staff are available to check guests in, maintain the space, answer any questions, but are not responsible for children's behavior or safety. Keep an eye on your child(ren) and be mindful if they need a break or help navigating a challenge. Please note, there is no "drop-off" option, including for classes.

  • We strive to maintain cleanliness and limit outside contaminants entering our space. Please place your shoes in the cubbies located at the front desk. Socks are always required while in the building. We have non-slip socks available for purchase upon request.

  • Please do not bring your child to Playology if they are sick, contagious, or showing other symptoms of illness. If your child is recovering from a virus, remember that standard procedure calls for a 24-hour FEVER-FREE period, without the aid of medication once the fever breaks.

  • We offer limited open play on weekends. Occasionally, we may need to adjust our schedule due to holidays, inclement weather, or unexpected circumstances. Always check our website or social media pages to verify our status before visiting. We will make every attempt to promptly communicate any schedule changes via the website, email lists, and social media.

  • We have a limited amount of stroller parking available in front of the building. When possible, please fold your stroller to conserve space.

  • We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. If you believe you may have lost something in our space, please contact us and add your information to our Lost and Found log. Unclaimed Lost and Found items left in our space are periodically donated.
